The Magna Carta is the foundation charter whose principles underpin many democracies throughout the world. In 2015 we will be marking the 800th anniversary of the sealing of the Magna Carta by King John with a magnificent ‘black tie’ evening of music and delicious food accompanied by a distinguished speaker, Judge Zoe Smith, who has had a high profile career as one of the top Judges in England.
