‘Canterbury in the Age of Magna Carta’ at The Beaney House of Art and Knowledge , Canterbury’s stunning new art museum & library in the heart of the city, is being developed in partnership with Canterbury Cathedral Archives, Canterbury Christ Church University and Canterbury Archaeological Trust. The exhibition will focus on Canterbury residents stories and lives during the age of Magna Carta. Exhibits will include the Canterbury Cathedral copy of an original Magna Carta transcribed into the Priory register.
